After you fill out the Get Started form, we'll schedule a call in with you and our co-founder, Enrique. He has many years of experience helping companies to hire remote (and managing remote teams himself), and he'll first make sure we're a good fit for you. If we're not, he'll tell you that and recommend some alternative options. If we are a good fit, we'll ask for a $200 refundable deposit to begin our recruitment process.
We'll then recruit and vet dozens of candidates across multiple different countries, interviewing and analyzing each of them, and ultimately presenting to you the top 2-3 options that we think you'll love.
At this point, we'll arrange interviews for you with the candidates. You're welcome to do as many interviews with a particular candidate as you like.
When you've found the right person, they're yours to hire. We charge a flat headhunter's fee of 30% of the first year's expected salary. That's it — we charge nothing else.
We'll provide you with sample legal documents you can use as well as recommendations for time-tested productivity and hour-tracking tools used by hundreds of our clients.
