What is the hourly rate of the worker I'm hiring?
The hourly rate will be in the email exchange you had with Enrique. If you have any questions about it, just send him an email. 🙂
Do you charge any cancellation or other fees?
None at all. There are no cancellation fees of any kind and you can cancel whenever you want. Just notify Enrique via email.
Is my deposit fully refundable?
Yes, the deposit is 100% refundable!
In other words, if you stop working with us, just notify Enrique via email and your deposit will be refunded.
(The only circumstance in which we wouldn’t refund the full deposit would be if you had an unpaid balance, in which case we’d subtract that amount from the total that we send back to you. But this is rare.)
How does billing work?
Billing is simple. We charge you hourly for work done by your worker. That’s it.
There are no other fees, no long term contracts, and no hourly minimums. Start and stop with your worker whenever you like.
How will I track my worker's hours?
Once you finish signing up, we’ll send you a time-tracking spreadsheet where you’ll be able to track the hours your worker is doing in real time. It’ll also have a breakdown of the tasks worked on in each of the time blocks.
