Several years prior, Enrique had responded to a job
advertisement for online work from Jeb, an American living in Argentina. At the time, Enrique was a head manager at a luxury hotel, but making just $30 USD/month.
When Enrique moved to Argentina with his pregnant wife, he and Jeb founded iWorker as a social enterprise. Its goal: to provide online work for highly talented people in countries in crisis, like Venezuela, so that they can earn in US dollars and improve their lives and those of their families.

That’s because we focus on sourcing the top 5% of remote talent from specific countries where the work is most needed — like Venezuela, Argentina, Nicaragua, and Uganda.
In addition, we have boots on the ground in most of the countries we hire from, which means we can tap into networks of talent that aren’t easy to find.
