Bio

Leonardo M. is a Nicaraguan telemarketer with broad experience. He has done telemarketing work in both customer service and technical support and, in the process, honed his communication and problem-solving skills. In addition, Leonardo has a background in appointment setting, cold calling, and sales scripts, and has successfully built relationships with clients and contributed to sales growth as a BDC agent for a US-based dealership. Leonardo has excelled as an English teacher too, inspiring and guiding students at local universities in Nicaragua. Leonardo’s diverse work experiences have instilled in him the qualities of adaptability, flexibility, and perseverance.
